If you are affected by a leak from an adjacent flat, immediately contact the Council’s 24-hour Water Ingress Team on 0131-529 3030. They have the power to ensure that immediate action is taken in emergency situations. If the leak emanates from a licensed HMO (House in Multiple Occupation), you might also ring the Council’s 24-hour HMO Helpline on 0800 085 4667.
