Residents of Marchmont and beyond are still being demented by the noise of large OMB street refuse bins banging in the wind. In extremely high winds, bins can even be sent hurtling across the street. Council officials are fully aware of the problem, and continue to pilot various adaptations aimed at preventing this nuisance. Unfortunately, the perfect solution has yet to be found!
